The Next Head Coach to be fired (Decision has already been made) no surprise really

Cowher is a big Phillip Rivers fan (at least he was the year he, Eli and Big Ben came out) and rumor from the Steelers insiders is that he really wanted Rivers. He had to be overridden by Dan Rooney into taking Big Ben. Once Rivers was off the board, he wanted Shawn Andrews.

From comments that I've read, I believe it. So long story short, I can see Cowher coming out of retirement for one job and one job only and that's the San Diego Chargers job.
